1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
⚠️ Items such as earrings (for hygiene reasons) and customized jewelry cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Products must be handed over to our delivery partner (Steadfast Courier) in proper condition.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket).

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
4. Exchange Policy
