1. Eligibility for Return

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

⚠️ Items such as earrings (for hygiene reasons) and customized jewelry cannot be returned unless they are defective.

2. Return Process

  • Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.

  • Products must be handed over to our delivery partner (Steadfast Courier) in proper condition.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket).

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange a product for another design or size, please contact us.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply.
